As it is stated in the financial policy, all fees are collected at the time of service. Our billing team will work hard to verify insurance benefits before all appointments, however, it is always the patient's responsibility to verify if their plan has Chiropractic benefits, what the possible out of pocket amount would be (if wanting to know cost before hand), and understand that if insurance cannot be verified by the appointment time on our end, the "Specialty Physician" co-pay price listed on the insurance card will be charged at time time of service.
